The following terms of service (these “Terms of Service”), govern your access to and use of the Motionblue website and future mobile application, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through www.motionblue.net or the Motionblue mobile application (the “Site”) by Motion Group LTD. (256 Turf RD. Johannesburg 2190, South Africa) and its subsidiaries: Motionblue INC (256 Turf RD. Johannesburg 2190, South Africa), as applicable. Motion Group Ltd. and its subsidiaries are collectively referred hereto as “Motionblue.net” “we” or “us” and “you” or “user” means you as a user of the Site.
This Site is offered and available to users who are at least 18 years of age and of legal age to form a binding contract. If you are under 18 you are not permitted to use the Site or the Motionblue.net services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Site

The original language of these Terms of Service, as well as all other texts throughout the Site, is English. Motionblue.net makes this translation available for convenience only. In case of conflicts between the original English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
Buyers are users who purchase products, services or content on Motionblue.net.
Marketplace Page is where the Seller or Vendors place variety of goods for sale. So that a potential buyer can purchase the product.
Digital or physical products, services or content are offered on Motionblue.net.
Sellers or Vendors Page is where Buyers can check out Seller’s listings on their page in connection with Buyers potentially purchasing a product for sale.
Sellers are users who sell products on Motionblue.net.
Only registered users may buy and sell on Motionblue.net. Registration is free. In registering for an account, you agree to provide us with accurate, complete and updated information and must not create an account for fraudulent or misleading purposes. You are solely responsible for any activity on your account and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password. We are not liable for any acts or omissions by you in connection with your account.
Products on Motionblue.net may be offered at a base starting price of $1. Some Products are offered at a base price of more than $1 as determined by the Seller.
Buyers pays Sellers to purchase their products.

Users may not offer or accept payments using any method other than placing an order through Motionblue.net.
When purchasing a Product, Buyers are granted all rights for the product they thought they were paying for, unless otherwise specified by the Seller on their Seller or Vendor page.
Motionblue.net retains the right to use all published delivered works for Motionblue marketing and promotion purposes.
Users undertake to comply with Motionblue.net’s Community Standards, which are a set of behavior rules and guidelines, applicable to the Motionblue.net community and marketplace in addition to these Terms of Service, as updated from time to time.
Sellers sells products, service or content on Motionblue.net to allow Buyers to purchase their Product, content or services.
Each product, service or content you sell and successfully complete, accredits your account with a revenue equal to 85% of the purchase amount.
Motionblue.net accredits Sellers once a product has been sold. See our section below for a definition of a completed order.

Sellers may promote their Products or any Motionblue.net content via the Google Ads platform.
For security concerns, Motionblue.net may temporarily disable a Seller’s ability to withdraw revenue to prevent fraudulent or illicit activity. This may come as a result of security issues, improper behavior reported by other users, or associating multiple Motionblue.net accounts to a single withdrawal provider.
Sellers are responsible for obtaining a general liability insurance policy with coverage amounts that are sufficient to cover all risks associated with the performance of their products or services.
Product or Services
Sellers are allowed to post a select amount of active product or services.
Products or services created on Motionblue.net are User Generated Content.
Products and services and/or users may be removed by Motionblue.net from the Site for violations of these Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards, which may include (but are not limited to) the following violations and/or materials:
Illegal or Fraudulent services
Copyright Infringement, Trademark Infringement, and violation of a third party’s terms of service reported through our Intellectual Property Claims Policy.
Adult oriented services, Pornographic, Inappropriate/Obscene
Intentional copies of product or service
Spam, nonsense, or violent or deceptive product or service.
Product or service misleading to Buyers or others
Reselling of regulated goods
Offering to prepare academic works on behalf of Buyers
Exceedingly low quality product or service
Promoting Motionblue.net and/or Motionblue.net product or service through activities that are prohibited by any laws, regulations, and/or third parties’ terms of service, as well as through any marketing activity that negatively affects our relationships with our users or partners.
Product or service that are removed for violations mentioned above, may result in the suspension of the Seller’s account.
Product or service that are removed for violations are not eligible to be restored or edited.
Product or service may be removed from our Search feature due to poor performance and/or user misconduct.
Product or service may include pre-approved website URLs contained within the Product or service description. Product or service containing websites promoting content, which violates Motionblue.net Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards, will be removed.
Product or service are required to have an appropriate Product or service image related to the product offered. An option to upload two additional product images are available to all Sellers. Sellers must deliver the same quality of service as shown on their Product or service images. Recurring deliveries that don’t match the quality shown on the Product or service images may lead to the Seller’s account losing Seller status or becoming permanently disabled.
Statements on the Seller or Vendor Page that undermine or circumvent these Terms of Service is prohibited.
Shipping Physical Deliverables
Some of the services on Motionblue.net are delivered physically (arts and crafts, collectable items, etc.). For these types of Gigs, Sellers may decide to define a shipping pricing factor.
Product or service that include a shipping pricing factor must have physical deliverables sent to Buyers.
Shipping costs added to a Product or service only pertains to the cost Sellers require to ship physical items to Buyers.
Important: Buyers who purchase Product or service that require physical delivery, will be asked to provide a shipping address.
Sellers are responsible for all shipping arrangements once the Buyer provides the shipping address.
Motionblue.net does not handle or guarantee shipping, tracking, quality, and condition of items or their delivery and shall not be responsible or liable for any damages or other problems resulting from shipping.
You may not offer direct payments to Sellers using payment systems outside of the Motionblue.net platform.
Motionblue.net retains the right to use all publicly sold products for Motionblue.net marketing and promotional purposes.
Buyers may request a specific service from a seller. Services or products requested on Motionblue.net must be an allowed service or product on Motionblue.net. Please do research for guidelines on approved services or products.
Please refer to the Payment Terms for making Payments through the Motionblue.net platform and to learn about fees and taxes.
In addition, Buyers can request a Custom Order which addresses specific Buyer requirements, and receive a Custom Offer from Sellers through the site.
You may not offer Sellers to pay, or make payment using any method other than through the Motionblue.net site. In case you have been asked to use an alternative payment method, please report it immediately to Customer Support. Support@motionblue.net
Once payment is confirmed, your product will be ready for download.
Sellers must deliver completed product or service according to the service or product that was advertised by seller.
A product is marked as Complete after it is marked as Delivered and then accepted by a Buyer. A product will be automatically marked as Complete if not accepted and no complaints or request for refunds was submitted within 24 hours after the product was marked as Delivered.
We encourage our Buyers and Sellers to try and settle conflicts amongst themselves. If for any reason this fails or if you encounter non-permitted usage on the Site, users can contact Motionblue.net Customer Support department for assistance. For more information about disputes, Product cancellations and refunds please refer to the Payment Terms.
Certain products that offer services might require Buyers and Sellers to meet in person in order for the Seller to perform the service. In such cases, users should note that Motionblue.net does not guarantee the behavior, conduct, safety, suitability or ability of either Buyers or Sellers. Both Buyers and Sellers agree that the entire risk arising out of their meeting and/or their use or performance of local services remains solely with them, and Motionblue.net has no responsibility or liability related to any local services provided by the Sellers. In the event that the service is performed on the Buyers’ premises, Buyers are encouraged to maintain proper insurance policies to cover their liability as the premise owner. Motionblue.net Terms of Service and Community Standards remain applicable to Orders that are performed outside of the marketplace (including, among others, the below restrictions on Unlawful Use, Inappropriate Behavior & Language, and Targeted Abuse).
When a Buyer purchases a product, the Buyer is notified by email of the product bought as well as a Seller receiving notifications on the site while logged into the account.
Users are responsible for scanning all transferred files for viruses and malware. Motionblue.net will not be held responsible for any damages which might occur due to site usage, use of content or files transferred.
Feedback reviews provided by Buyers while purchasing a product are an essential part of Motionblue.net rating system. Reviews demonstrate the Buyer’s overall experience with the Sellers and their service. Buyers are encouraged to communicate to the Seller any concerns experienced during their active purchase in regards to the service or product provided by the Seller.
Leaving a Buyer’s feedback is a basic prerogative of a Buyer. Feedback reviews will not be removed unless there are clear violations of our Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards.
To prevent any misuse of our Feedback system, all feedback reviews must come from legitimate sales executed exclusively through the Motionblue.net platform from users within our Community. Purchases arranged, determined to artificially enhance Seller ratings, or to abuse the Motionblue.net platform with purchases from additional accounts, will result in a permanent suspension of all related accounts.
Feedback comments given by Buyers are publicly displayed on a Seller’s or Vendors page.
Withholding the delivery of products, files, or information required to complete the Product for sale with the intent to gain favorable reviews is prohibited.
Responding and posting a review: Once a product or service is delivered, the Buyer has 24 hours to respond. If no response is provided within the response period, the Order will be considered completed.
Users are allowed to leave reviews on Products or Services up to 10 days after an Order is marked as complete. No new reviews may be added to a Purchased product after 10 days.
Sellers may not solicit the removal of feedback reviews from their Buyers.
Once the Buyer submits his/her review, the Seller will receive a notification and will also have the opportunity to leave a review about working with the Buyer.
Once both Seller and Buyer have completed their reviews, or the 10 days have passed, all posted reviews are made public.
Disputes and Cancellations
We encourage our Buyers and Sellers to try and settle conflicts amongst themselves. If for any reason this fails, users can contact Motionblue.net Customer Support department for assistance. For more information about disputes, Order cancellations and refunds please refer to the Payment Terms.
Motionblue.net Products & Services
By uploading a product or service on Motionblue.net Marketplace, you represent and warrant that it is your original work, you exclusively own all rights to such goods, design or content, and it does not infringe any third-party rights. You further warrant that such design was never sold before to anyone and that you will not offer it for sale outside of Motionblue.net.
We may use automated systems that analyze your uploaded Product to help detect and prevent infringement or other illegal content.
We may limit the number of active products you can offer.
Motionblue.net Products, Services & Content Commercial use license
When a product, service or content through the Motionblue.net platform has been purchased, the Seller grants the Buyer a worldwide, royalty-free, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, irrevocable license to use the product, service or content for any purpose, except for any illegal, immoral or defamatory purpose. There is no warranty, express or implied, with the grant of this license, including with respect to fitness for a particular purpose. Neither the Seller nor Motionblue.net will be liable for any claims, or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license, the product or the Buyers use of the product or service. For the avoidance of doubt, the Seller retains all ownership rights to the product, service or content and no ownership or copyrights are granted to the Buyer.
User Conduct and Protection
Motionblue.net enables people around the world to create, share, sell and purchase nearly any product they need at an unbeatable value. Products, Services or Content offered on Fiverr reflect the diversity of an expanding online sales economy. Members of the Motionblue.net community communicate and engage through Motionblue.net Community Platform.
Motionblue.net maintains a friendly, community spirited, and professional environment. Users should keep to that spirit while participating in any activity or extensions of Motionblue.net. This section relates to the expected conduct users should adhere to while interacting with each other on Motionblue.net.
To report a violation of our Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards, User Misconduct, or inquiries regarding your account, please contact our Customer Support team.
To protect our users’ privacy, user identities are kept anonymous. Requesting or providing Email addresses, Skype/IM usernames, telephone numbers or any other personal contact details to communicate outside of Motionblue.net in order to circumvent or abuse the Motionblue.net messaging system or Motionblue.net platform is not permitted.
Motionblue.net does not provide any guarantee of the level of Products, Services or Content offered to Buyers.
Motionblue.net does not provide protection for users who interact outside of the Motionblue.net platform.
All information and file exchanges must be performed exclusively on Motionblue.net platform.
Rude, abusive, improper language, or violent messages will not be tolerated and may result in an account warning or the suspension/removal of your account.
Motionblue.net is open to everyone. You undertake not to discriminate against any other user based on gender, race, age, religious affiliation, sexual orientation or otherwise and you acknowledge that such discrimination may result in the suspension/removal of your account.
Users may not submit proposals or solicit parties introduced through Motionblue.net to contract, engage with, or pay outside of Motionblue.net.
Products, Services or Content
Users with the intention to defame competing Sellers by ordering from competition page will have their reviews removed or further account status related actions determined by review by our Trust & Safety team.
Users are to refrain from spamming or soliciting previous Buyers or Sellers to pursue removing/modifying reviews or cancelling products that do not align on product cancellation or Feedback policies.
Users may report Products, Services or Content to Customer Support that may be in violation of Products, Services or Content Terms of Service based on the reported Products, Services or Content replicated similarity to pre-existing Products, Services or Content (copycat Products, Services or Content).
Sellers warrant that any content included in their Products, Services or Content shall be original work conceived by the Sellers and shall not infringe any third-party rights, including, without limitation, copyrights, trademarks or service marks. In the event that certain music or stock-footage media are incorporated within the Products, Services or Content, Sellers represent and warrant that they hold a valid license to use such music and/or footage and to include them in the Products, Services or Content being sold.
Motionblue.net will respond to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright or trademark infringement.
Users may receive a warning to their account for violations of our Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards or any user misconduct reported to our Trust and Safety team. A warning will be sent to the user’s email address and will be displayed for such user on the Site. Warnings do not limit account activity, but can lead to your account losing Seller statuses or becoming permanently disabled based on the severity of the violation.
Adult Services & Pornography – Motionblue.net does not allow any exchange of adult oriented or pornographic materials and services.
Inappropriate Behavior & Language – Communication on Motionblue.net should be friendly, constructive, and professional. Motionblue.net condemns bullying, harassment, and hate speech towards others. We allow users a medium for which messages are exchanged between individuals, a system to rate orders, and to engage on larger platforms such as our Group Forum and Social Media pages.
Phishing and Spam – Members’ security is a top priority. Any attempts to publish or send malicious content with the intent to compromise another member’s account or computer environment is strictly prohibited. Please respect our members privacy by not contacting them with offers, questions, suggestions or anything which is not directly related to their Products, Services or Content.
Privacy & Identity – You may not publish or post other people’s private and confidential information. Any exchange of personal information required for the completion of a service must be provided in the Order Page. Sellers further confirm that whatever information they receive from the Buyer, which is not public domain, shall not be used for any purpose whatsoever other than for the delivery of the work to the Buyer. Any users who engage and communicate off of Motionblue.net will not be protected by our Terms of Service.
Authentic Motionblue.net Profile – You may not create a false identity on Motionblue.net, misrepresent your identity, create a Motionblue.net profile for anyone other than yourself (a real person), or use or attempt to use another user’s account or information; Your profile information, including your description, skills, location, etc., while may be kept anonymous, must be accurate and complete and may not be misleading, illegal, offensive or otherwise harmful. Motionblue.net reserves the right to require users to go through a verification process in order to use the Site (whether by using ID, phone, camera, etc.).
Intellectual Property Claims – Motionblue.net will respond to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright or trademark infringement, and/or violation of third party’s terms of service.
Fraud / Unlawful Use – You may not use Motionblue.net for any unlawful purposes or to conduct illegal activities.
Abuse and Spam
Multiple Accounts – To prevent fraud and abuse, users are limited to one active Motionblue.net account. Any additional account determined to be created to circumvent guidelines, promote competitive advantages, or mislead the Motionblue.net community will be disabled. Mass account creation may result in disabling of all related accounts. Note: any violations of Motionblue.net’s Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards is a cause for permanent suspension of all accounts.
Targeted Abuse – We do not tolerate users who engage in targeted abuse or harassment towards other users on Motionblue.net. This includes creating new multiple accounts to harass members through our message or ordering system.
Selling Accounts – You may not buy or sell Motionblue.net accounts.
The Site, including its general layout, look and feel, design, information, content and other materials available thereon, is exclusively owned by Motionblue.net and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Motionblue.net is a registered trademark owned exclusively by Motionblue.net. Users have no right, and specifically agree not to do the following with respect to the Site or any part, component or extension of the Site (including its future mobile applications): (1) copy, transfer, adapt, modify, distribute, transmit, display, create derivative works, publish or reproduce it, in any manner; (2) reverse assemble, decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive its source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, structure or organization; (3) remove any copyright notice, identification or any other proprietary notices; (4) use automation software (bots), hacks, modifications (mods) or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the Site; (5) attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage or disrupt the Site or the computer systems or networks connected to the Site; (6) circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade or thwart any technological measure or content protections of the Site; (7) use any robot, spider, crawlers or other automatic device, process, software or queries that intercepts, “mines,” scrapes or otherwise accesses the Site to monitor, extract, copy or collect information or data from or through the Site, or engage in any manual process to do the same, (8) introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or other materials that are malicious or technologically harmful into our systems, (9) use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Site, or interfere with any other users’ enjoyment of the Site or (10) access or use the Site in any way not expressly permitted by these Terms of Service. Users also agree not to permit or authorize anyone else to do any of the foregoing.
Except for the limited right to use the Site according to these Terms of Service, Motionblue.net owns all right, title and interest in and to the Site (including any and all intellectual property rights therein) and you agree not to take any action(s) inconsistent with such ownership interests. We reserve all rights in connection with the Site and its content including, without limitation, the exclusive right to create derivative works. With the only exception being the BB platform being used on Motionblue.net created by Buddyboss.com.
To the extent that you provide Motionblue.net with any comments, suggestions or other feedback regarding the Motionblue.net platform or the Site as a whole, as well as other Motionblue.net products or services (collective, the “Feedback”), you will be deemed to have granted Motionblue.net an exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid up, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide ownership rights in the Feedback. Motionblue.net is under no obligation to implement any Feedback it may receive from users.
Sellers should recognize that there might be a need for Buyers to disclose certain confidential information to be used by Sellers for the purpose of delivering the ordered Products, Services or Content, and to protect such confidential information from unauthorized use and disclosure. Therefore, Sellers agree to treat any information received from Buyers as highly sensitive, top secret and classified material. Without derogating from the generality of the above, Sellers specifically agree to (1) maintain all such information in strict confidence; (2) not disclose the information to any third parties; (3) not use the information for any purpose except for delivering the ordered product; and (4) not to copy or reproduce any of the information without the Buyer’s permission.
Motionblue.net reserves the right to put any account on hold or permanently disable accounts due to breach of these Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards or due to any illegal or inappropriate use of the Site or services.
Violation of Motionblue.net Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards may get your account disabled permanently.
Users with disabled accounts will not be able to sell or buy on Motionblue.net.
Users who have violated our Terms of Service and/or our Community Standards and had their account disabled may contact our Customer Support team for more information surrounding the violation and status of the account.
Users have the option to enable account Security features to protect their account from any unauthorized usage.
Users must be able to verify their account ownership through Customer Support by providing materials that prove ownership of that account.
Disputes should be handled by contacting Motionblue.net Customer Support.
Motionblue.net may make changes to its Terms of Service from time to time. When these changes are made, Motionblue.net will make a new copy of the terms of service available on this page.
You understand and agree that if you use Motionblue.net after the date on which the Terms of Service have changed, Motionblue.net will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
User Generated Content
User Generated Content (“UGC”) refers to the content added by users as opposed to content created by the Site. All content uploaded to Motionblue.net by our users (Buyers and Sellers) is User Generated Content. Motionblue.net does not check user uploaded/created content for appropriateness, violations of copyright, trademarks, other rights or violations and the user uploading/creating such content shall be solely responsible for it and the consequences of using, disclosing, storing, or transmitting it. By uploading to, or creating content on, the Motionblue.net platform, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all rights, licenses, consents, permissions, power and/or authority, necessary to use and/or upload such content and that such content or the use thereof in the Site does not and shall not (a) infringe or violate any intellectual property, proprietary or privacy, data protection or publicity rights of any third party; (b) violate any applicable local, state, federal and international laws, regulations and conventions; and/or (c) violate any of your or third party’s policies and/or terms of service. We invite everyone to report violations together with proof of ownership as appropriate. Reported violating content may be removed or disabled.
Furthermore, Motionblue.net is not responsible for the content, quality or the level of service provided by the Sellers. We provide no warranty with respect to the Products, Services or Content, their delivery, any communications between Buyers and Sellers. We encourage users to take advantage of our product rating system, our community and common sense in choosing appropriate Products, Services or Content.
By offering a Products, Services or Content, the Seller undertakes that he/she has sufficient permissions, rights and/or licenses to provide, sell or resell the Products, Services or Content that is offered on Motionblue.net. Sellers advertising their Products, Services or Content other platforms online must comply with laws and terms of service of the advertising platform or relevant website used to advertise.
For specific terms related to Intellectual Property rights and for reporting claims of copyright infringement (DMCA notices) or trademark infringement – please see our Intellectual Property Claims Policy which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service. Note that it is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Ownership and limitations: When purchasing a Products, Services or Content on Motionblue.net, unless clearly stated otherwise on the Seller’s or Vendors page/description, when the Products, Services or Content is delivered, and has been paid for, the Buyer is granted all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, copyright in the work delivered from the Seller, and the Seller waives any and all moral rights therein. Accordingly, the Seller expressly assigns to the Buyer the copyright in the delivered product, service or content. All transfer and assignment of intellectual property to the Buyer shall be subject to full payment for the Products, Services or Content, and the delivery may not be used if payment is cancelled for any reason. For removal of doubt, the delivered work and its copyright shall be the exclusive property of the Buyer and, upon purchase, the Seller agrees that it thereby, pursuant to these Terms of Service, assigns all right, title and interest in and to the delivered Products, Services or Content to the Buyer. Some Products, Services or Content may or may not charge additional payments for a Commercial Use License. This means that if you purchase the Products, Services or Content for personal use, you will own all rights you require for such use, and will not need the Commercial Use License. If you intend to use it for any charge or other consideration, or for any purpose that is directly or indirectly in connection with any business, or other undertaking intended for profit, you will need to get the Commercial Use License by Confirming with the Seller / Vendor so you will have broader rights that cover your business use.
For Voice Over Products, Services or Content, when the product is delivered, and subject to payment, the Buyer is purchasing basic rights, (which means the Buyer is paying a onetime fee allowing them to use the work forever and for any purpose including commercials, radio, television and internet commercial spots). If you intend to use the Voice Over to promote a product and/or service, you will need to purchase the Commercial Rights (Buy-Out) by Communicating with Seller on how to purchase Commercial Rights for the Products, Services or Content being sold. If you intend to use the Voice Over in radio, television and internet commercials, you will also need to purchase the Full Broadcast Rights (Buy-Out) through the Seller / Vendor.
Furthermore, users (both Buyers and Sellers) agree that unless they explicitly indicate otherwise, the content users voluntarily create/upload to Motionblue.net, including Products texts, photos, videos, usernames, user photos, user videos and any other information, including the display of Products, Services or Content, may be used by Motionblue.net for no consideration for marketing and/or other purposes.
Voice Over Commercial Buy-Out
When purchasing a Voice Over Products, the Seller grants you a perpetual, exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the purchased Voice Over (including commercials, radio, television and internet commercial spots).
By communicating with a Seller and purchasing a Commercial Rights (Buy-Out), in addition to the basic rights, the Seller grants you with a license to use the Voice Over for any corporate, promotional and non-broadcast purposes. Corporate, promotional and non-broadcast purposes mean any business-related use for the creation of, or to promote a for-product profit or service, such as (by way of example): explainer videos posted to company websites, social networks or email campaigns, audiobooks, podcast intros, and strictly excludes any illegal, immoral or defamatory purpose.

When you use motionblue.net to communicate with people or businesses, those people and businesses can see the content you send. Your network can also see actions that you have taken on our Products. We also let other accounts see who has viewed their motionblue.net posts.
Public information can be seen by anyone, on or off our Products, including if they don’t have an account. This includes your motionblue.net username, any information you share with a public audience, information in your public profile on motionblue.net, and content you share on a motionblue.net Groups, or any other public forum. You, other people using motionblue.net and we can provide access to or send public information to anyone on or off our Products, in search results or through tools and APIs. Public information can also be seen, accessed, reshared or downloaded through third-party services such as search engines, APIs and offline media such as TV, and by apps, websites and other services that integrate with our Products.
Content that others share or reshare about you.
You should consider who you choose to share with, because people who can see your activity on our Products can choose to share it with others on and off our Products, including people and businesses outside the audience that you shared with. If you are uncomfortable with what others have shared about you on our Products, you can report the content.

People in your networks can see signals telling them whether you are active on our Products, including whether you are currently active on motionblue.net, or when you last used our Products.
Apps, websites and third-party integrations on or using our Products.
When you choose to use third-party apps, websites or other services that use, or are integrated with, our Products, they can receive information about what you post or share. Also, when you download or use such third-party services, they can access your public profile on motionblue.net, and any information that you share with them. Apps and websites that you use may receive your list of motionblue.net friends if you choose to share it with them. But apps and websites that you use will not be able to receive any other information about your motionblue.net friends from you, or information about any of your motionblue.net Groups. Information collected by these third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies, not this one.
If the ownership or control of all or part of our Products or their assets changes, we may transfer your information to the new owner.
Sharing with third-party partners
As of now August 2022 we do not work with third-party partners who help us provide and improve our Products or who use motionblue.net Business Tools to grow their businesses, which makes it possible to operate our companies and provide free services to people around the world. We don’t sell any of your information to anyone and we never will.
Vendors and service providers.
We provide information and content to vendors and service providers who support our business, such as by providing technical infrastructure services, analyzing how our Products are used, providing customer service, facilitating payments or conducting surveys.

How does motionblue.net work?
motionblue.net sells digital products that might or might not be of benefit to you on our website.
How can I manage or delete information about me?
We provide you with the ability to access, rectify, port and delete your data.
We store data until it is no longer necessary to provide our services and motionblue.net Products, or until your account is deleted – whichever comes first. This is a case-by-case determination that depends on things such as the nature of the data, why it is collected and processed, and relevant legal or operational retention needs. For example, when you search for something on motionblue.net, you can access and delete that query from within your search history at any time, but the log of that search is deleted after six months. If you submit a copy of your government-issued ID for account verification purposes, we delete that copy 30 days after review, unless otherwise stated.
When you delete your account, we delete things that you have posted, such as your photos and activity updates, and you won’t be able to recover this information later. Information that others have shared about you isn’t part of your account and won’t be deleted.

Information that we receive about you (including financial transaction data related to purchases made on our Products) can be accessed and preserved for an extended period when it is the subject of a legal request or obligation, governmental investigation or investigations of possible violations of our terms or policies, or otherwise to prevent harm. We also retain information from accounts disabled for term breaches for at least a year to prevent repeat abuse or other term breaches.
